For this we are going to use the exponential terms we learned in class.
Using 2^4 x 6^3, you would break the bases into their prime factors.
This is what you would end up with: 2^4 x (3 x 2)^3
Now, you specifically need to know this exponential term: (a x b)^c = a^c x b^c
You would end up with this: 2^4 x 3^3 x 2^3
Simplify this by combining the exponents with the same base...
2^7 x 3^3
And that is your final answer! This might seem confusing by just reading it but if you need further help you can always ask Ms. Milks or Shannon at core time on Tuesdays.
